📅 Start Date: Weekly Starts – Every Monday
📄 Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Shift Details
- Shift: 12 Hour Nights
- Schedule: 36 hours/week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Floating: Required
- Floating may occur in 4-hour blocks during shift
- Possible float areas include:
- ED Holds
- Inpatient Holds
- PACU
- Other boarding units
Patient Ratios
Required Experience
- Must have experience titrating pressors (REQUIRED – include in profile write-up)
- Epic EMR experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
- If no travel experience, Level 1 Trauma experience is required
Required Certifications
- BLS – AHA (Required)
- ACLS – AHA (Preferred)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – Preferred
Testing Requirements
- Day 1 Pass/Fail Testing
- Relias practice tests available before start
Submission Requirements
- BILH Coversheet required at time of submission
- Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months
- Applies to perm, per diem, or previous contract employees
- IVS submission to manager for approval
Additional Information
- Travelers must be comfortable floating across units as needed.
- Strong critical care skills and adaptability are required.
