Certifications: BLS & NIH required
EMR: Epic experience required
Role Overview:
Provides safe, patient- and family-centered care using evidence-based practice.
Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans.
Monitors patient responses, documents interventions, and provides discharge education.
Supervises and delegates to licensed and non-licensed staff.
Participates in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
