Pay Differentials
- Overtime / Holiday: 1.15x pay rate
- Call Back: 1.5x pay rate (minimum 2 hours)
- On-Call Pay: $9/hr
- Charge Nurse / Preceptor: +$6/hr
Overtime Rules
- 36–40 hr contracts: OT after 40 hours
- 48 hr contracts: OT after 48 hours
