🧭 Orientation: Every Monday
⏰ Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Scheduling: Modified self-scheduling
- Block scheduling: Allowed when possible
📆 Weekend Requirement
- Minimum 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
- Flexible — some nurses work more weekends, others fewer (as long as coverage is met)
🔄 Floating
- May float to ED or Med-Surg if experienced

- 12 ICU beds
- Typical Ratio: 1:2
👩⚕️ Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Must be comfortable with basic ICU equipment
👥 Support Staff
- Respiratory Therapist: Available 24/7
- Patient Care Technician
- Health Unit Secretary
- Nurse Manager assists with patients if needed
- House Supervisor (ASC) on site 24/7
