Position: RN – ICU (5-bed unit)
Shift: 8 or 12-hour shifts (07:00–15:30, 15:00–23:30, 23:00–07:30 or 07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30)
Ratio: 1:2 patients per RN
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
Skills/Cases: Stroke, STEMI/NSTEMI, TPN, ventilator care, critical care drips (Cardizem, Propofol, Insulin, Vasopressors, etc.)
Equipment/Systems: Hamilton C-1 vents, Paragon & Allscripts EMR, monitor techs available
Other: Every other weekend, float to Med-Surg if needed, Royal Blue scrubs (RN) | 1–2 shift orientation
