Pay Details:
OT/Holiday: 1.15x
Call Back: 1.5x (2-hr minimum)
On Call: $9/hr
Charge/Precept: $6/hr
OT billable after 40 hrs (36–40 schedule) / after 48 hrs (48 schedule)
