Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse license; Certifications in CPR, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Adv or Intermediate); At least three years of recent RN experience in an RN role, with at least two years in a specialty area of labor and delivery.
- Preferred Qualifications: NURCREE Fetal Monitoring (PREF).
- Additional Information: The role requires comprehensive application of the nursing process, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. It emphasizes patient advocacy, documentation, communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, cultural competence, delegation, and coordination of care. The RN must demonstrate skills in patient education, assessment, and providing culturally sensitive care.
