Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Current Michigan licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), at least 2 years of RN LTC experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Preferred Qualifications: Existing Michigan Long Term Care fingerprinting documentation is considered an advantage
- Additional Information: McLaren Northern has a strict three-strike attendance policy, effective from June 1, 2024, requiring punctual attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts. Absences or lateness exceeding 20 minutes three times may result in immediate termination unless due to communicable diseases or hospitalization with supporting evidence.
