Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. As an RN in our family-based organization, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and ongoing evaluation of clinical needs. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and support staff to ensure each resident’s individualized care plan reflects their goals, preferences, and changing conditions. In this role, you will monitor vital signs and symptoms, respond promptly to changes in condition, and use sound clinical judgment to communicate critical information to providers and families. You will document all care accurately and efficiently in our electronic health record system, support safe transitions of care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that align with Signature HealthCARE’s vision of revolutionizing healthcare. Education and support of residents, patients, and families are central to this position, as you help them understand diagnoses, treatments, medications, and strategies to promote ongoing health and well-being. You will also serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing assistants and other team members, modeling best practices in infection control, safety, and compassionate service. At Signature HealthCARE, you can expect a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and meaningful impact on the communities we serve. This RN role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, eager to contribute ideas for improvement, and committed to enhancing the overall quality of life for those entrusted to our care in an on-site clinical setting.
