Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MN Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- Active ND Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard with volumes typically 10–20 patient visits per day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SNF environments with established caseload volumes.
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with an 85% productivity standard.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, five days per week.
- Patient volumes: approximately 10–20 visits per day.
- Weekend coverage: weekend shifts only when agreed upon and part of a planned schedule.
- Required to maintain both MN and ND licenses for coverage of nearby locations.
