Pay: $2284/Weekly
Shift: Nights (3x12s) - 7:00p-7:00a, EOW, Holiday
14 weeks contract.
36 guaranteed hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and leadership during nights, weekends, and holidays
Support nursing staff with patient care planning and clinical decision-making
Monitor staffing based on patient acuity and adjust assignments as needed
Respond to clinical and administrative emergencies
Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff development
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with nurse managers and interdisciplinary teams
Handle patient and family concerns and support quality improvement initiatives

Required Licensure & Certifications
Active New York RN License
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS
CPI Certification (can be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Required Experience

3 years of acute care RN experience
1 year of critical care experience (ED preferred)
1 year of leadership/Charge Nurse experience
Experience managing multiple clinical priorities and emergencies.
