Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Torrance, California. This position involves providing perioperative patient care in a surgical environment with a focus on a variety of complex procedures. Candidates must bring their valid state license on the first day of assignment and are required to have at least one year of experience in the Operating Room setting.

- Required Qualifications: California state license, BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 1 year OR experience, and have worked at a healthcare facility within the last 3 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Gynecologic robotic surgery, Microvascular Free Flap procedures, Mako Surgical System, and total joint replacements.
- Float: Possible to float between facilities within the state.
- Additional Information: Candidates must disclose their license and background check hits upfront; open license hits will not be approved. Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state. Refusal to float may result in termination and forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

- Number of Weekend Shifts: 1 Saturday shift in 6 weeks rotation
- On-Call: 2-3 on-call shifts in 6 weeks rotation

- Vaccinations: COVID-19 Vaccine, Flu Vaccine required.
- Submission Requirements: Must answer whether they have previously worked at a healthcare facility as a permanent employee, travel contract, or registry/per-diem, including location and dates. LA fire card within the last 30 days is required. Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required.
