- Required Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN; Vermont (VT) Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Intermediate or Advanced Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) course; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or proficiency/education in obstetric emergencies encouraged
