Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide total care for ICU patients, including ventilators and titratable drips.
- Float to ER and Med Surg departments as required.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and effective communication with healthcare teams.
- Maintain hygiene care for patients and support their overall well-being.
- Collaborate on treatment plans and adhere to established protocols.
- Document patient observations and interventions accurately.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of ICU experience required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with ER and Med Surg departments is essential.
- Competence in operating ventilators and administering titratable drips.
- TNCC certification preferred.
- Fingerprinting requirement for New Mexico compliance.
