Med Surg/Tele RN
Unit: 60 beds, ratios 1:5–1:6
EHR: Alterra/Allscripts
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, Med Surg and telemetry experience
Preferred: Cardiac rhythm recognition, IV starts, strong time management
Equipment: Remote telemetry, capnography, Alaris pumps, glucometers, dynamaps
Procedures: Abdominal, ortho, cardiac cath/runoff, paracentesis, thoracentesis
Float: Inpatient rehab, ED, PCU as needed
Fit: Team-oriented, positive, flexible
