Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse position available in Brighton, Colorado. The role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions following standard practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Brighton, Colorado
- Schedule: Days; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ASN from an accredited School of Nursing; current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred; Bachelor's Degree of Nursing is preferred; ACLS, NRP, or PALS certifications as appropriate for the unit or service
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of Nursing; certification appropriate for the unit or service
- Additional Information: The role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care; providing health teaching and counseling; executing delegated medical functions; documenting in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines; may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency; may be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
