Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized pelvic floor physical therapy to both male and female patients.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Cerner charting system.
- Meet compliance requirements, including fingerprinting, prior to starting the assignment.
Qualifications
- Valid IL state PT license and BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably with pelvic floor experience.
- Cerner experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements.
