Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract at a Level II Trauma Center acute care hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital setting with 426 staffed beds, part of the Yale New Haven Health System
- Level II Trauma Center
- Night shifts, 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday (schedule may vary based on department needs)
- 5x8-hour night shifts per week
- Float to a secondary campus (Milford) as needed
- Charting via Epic (experience required)
- Free parking available on-site
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- Active ARRT-R and CT state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Trauma center experience required
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted for this CT Tech position; local rates may apply
- Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 2 years before being considered as a traveler
- Up to 7 days of RTO may be auto-approved by the facility
- Flu vaccine is required; declinations are not accepted
- COVID vaccine required; religious and medical exemptions are accepted
- 1 professional reference is required for consideration
- Travelers are expected to participate in natural disaster or emergency response activities as needed
