Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric Ambulatory Care to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in an ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate with clinic plastic surgery teams for optimized patient care.
- Implement nursing interventions based on assessed patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure adherence to all clinical policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CA RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience.
- Experience in ambulatory care settings preferred.
- Proficient in basic nursing skills and patient assessments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Available to work required shifts and meet compliance with facility expectations.
