Job Summary:
The position of Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is located in Billings, Montana. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The ICU nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while promoting the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Job Details:
- Location: Billings, Montana
- Shift: Nights (12-hour Shift Hours)
- Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: - Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Montana - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required; Bachelor's degree preferred) - BLS certification from the American Heart Association - Experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: - Certification as appropriate for ICU or unit as applicable (ACLS, NRP, PALS)
- Additional Information: - May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications - May be placed on-call during scheduled shifts
