Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to high-risk labor and delivery patients with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio.
- Assist in c-sections, inductions, and other labor-related procedures.
- Utilize Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii telemetry effectively.
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.
- Collaborate with attending OB Hospitalists and support the residency program.
- Participate in self-scheduling and teamwork for unit staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with minimum 1-year acute care hospital L&D experience.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications required.
- Preferred experience in circulating c-sections and high-risk LDR.
- Proficiency in using CPN(GE) monitors and conducting AROM, IUPC, DFM procedures.
- Demonstrates compassion, patience, and solution-oriented patient care approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a strong leadership and supportive team.
