Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
- Monitor and assess newborns, responding promptly to any changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments as ordered
- Operate and manage NICU equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and monitors
- Educate and support families throughout the patient’s care and recovery process
- Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to safety and compliance standards
Position Requirements
- Role: Registered Nurse (NICU)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience
- Must have recent NICU experience within the last 3 years
- Certifications:
- License:
- Active Minnesota RN License
