Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Utah physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- NBCOT certification as listed in order notes.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an acute hospital or inpatient therapy setting preferred.
- Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating orthopedic and neurologic populations.
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

- Shift Hours: 0700-1900.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Unit: Outpatient therapy/OT unit referenced in order notes.
