Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Carlsbad, NM. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Mexico (NM) occupational therapy license required prior to start of assignment. (Out-of-state license acceptable only if NM licensure obtained before start.)
- Acute care experience required.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to work scheduled holidays and one Saturday per month as required by the facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hospital inpatient settings.
- Experience with common acute care equipment and procedures, including lines/tubes and medical monitoring.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30 to 17:00.
- Work days: Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday per month and holiday coverage as required.
- Facility requires acute care competency and readiness to work interdepartmentally.
