Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alaska Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience managing a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy department, including staff supervision and departmental budget oversight.
- Experience providing skilled physical therapy evaluations and developing treatment plans in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Experience coordinating specialty clinics, such as orthopedic field clinics, and supporting interdisciplinary care teams.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for physical therapy practice under corporate, state, and federal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Alaska Native populations or in rural/remote healthcare settings.
- Management or lead experience in a hospital physical therapy department.
- Experience with revenue optimization and expense management for therapy services.
Assignment Details
- Shift Days: Monday-Friday.
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Position requires managing both inpatient and outpatient clinics and coordinating specialty clinics.
