Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Hudson, FL. We seek a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a hospital setting. This role requires clinical skill, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to facility protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida state Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement OT interventions for adult and geriatric populations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with ADL retraining, splinting, and cognitive/perceptual interventions preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Shift Days: Days 5x8 (typical five days per week schedule).
