Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Clinical Nurse Goldsboro, North Carolina. The clinical nurse provides competent, professional nursing care in a hospital setting by coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider (AHA or ARC); National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) (required); Nursing Diploma, or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing; Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (intermediate care experience: 2+ years, and intermediate care must be listed on the resume).
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (highly preferred).
- Additional Information: This position is a staffing pool/float pool role, and candidates may be required to float to multiple departments within the hospital.
