- Every other weekend (or 50% of weekends)
- Every other holiday

- Team nursing model (RN paired with LPN)
- May be asked to precept students
- Monthly pain-score documentation audits (90% compliance goal)
- ❌ No RTO during the first 3 weeks of August (Sturgis Bike Rally)
