Job Summary:
A Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) position in Long Term Care located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care to elderly residents in a facility with approximately 70 beds, primarily serving patients with dementia, frail condition, or in need of rehabilitation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
- Schedule: 12-hour days, every other weekend and holiday
- Required Qualifications: Valid licensed RN license, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, at least 1 year of elderly care experience, ECS (Electronic Charting System) proficiency, and availability to work the assigned schedule.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a Long Term Care setting working with elderly patients.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Must be available for at least half of holidays during the assignment. Candidates must note in submission if they have previously worked for Marshfield; if so, they must have an end date at least 6 months prior to the submission date. All clinicians are required to clock in and out at the facility.
