Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred.
- Experience with NetHealth documentation system preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric caseloads preferred.
