Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Lisle, IL working in a home health setting. You will help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in the community and managing a patient caseload using Home Care Home Base.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois OT license required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience is required.
- Experience using Home Care Home Base EMR preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel locally for patient visits. Expected mileage varies; average around 25 miles per day.
- Productivity experience aligned with home health expectations; productivity target approximately 30 visits per week for registered therapists (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous orientation or onboarding completion in a home health program. Orientation typically five days for this role.
- Experience managing a full home health caseload and documentation to meet agency standards.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- EMR: Home Care Home Base.
- Orientation: 5 days.
- Candidate will be required to travel locally for patient visits and may need to drive between client homes.
