Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- PT or PTA candidates accepted; immediate submissions of resumes requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with restorative programs and mobility training in post-acute care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records used in skilled nursing facilities.
