Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience treating adult and geriatric patients preferred.
