Important Requirements
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- At least 1 completed travel assignment is required.
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown, Intermediate Care, or PCU experience required.

Join a fast-paced 36-bed Intermediate Care Unit caring for a diverse patient population requiring advanced monitoring and complex nursing interventions. This unit functions as a high-acuity Med Surg/Stepdown environment with heavy telemetry and ventilator patients.
The ideal candidate is an independent clinician who thrives in a challenging environment, adapts quickly to change, and manages multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 2 Years of Recent Stepdown/IMC/PCU Experience
- Minimum 1 Prior Travel Assignment
- Ventilator Experience Required
- Tracheostomy Care Experience Required

- Floating required to inpatient units as needed
- Typically floated to higher-acuity patient care areas
- Must be comfortable working within skill set across multiple inpatient departments
