Ratios: 1:4–1:5
Support: CNC, RNs, CNAs, and HUC on days; CNC, RNs, and CNAs on nights
Procedures: Occasional pelvic exams, echo, thoracentesis
Float: Rare float to other Med Surg units
Fit: Team player, willing to learn
