Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, or memory care setting
- Experience with Nethealth
Assignment Details
- Schedule includes Monday through Friday
- One weekend per month required
- Patient population includes skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, and memory care
- Variety of caseload types
