Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- Experience with Wellsky & Oasis EMR systems
- OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge documentation
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Flexible, 5x8s or 4x10s
- Territory: Kitsap County, with primary coverage in North Kitsap including Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge, with occasional county-wide coverage
- Weekend rotation: No
- On-call requirements: No
