Job Summary:
An ICU Float Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Roswell, New Mexico. This role involves working in a unit that includes Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Stepdown, and Medical Surgical (MS) departments, with a focus on critical care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment. The position is scheduled for night shifts, starting as soon as possible, with a duration of 13 weeks.
Job Details:
- Location: Roswell, New Mexico
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week minimum
- Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale); 2+ years of experience in ICU and Stepdown units; current certification in BLS and ACLS; experience with Cerner electronic medical record system; valid nursing license; no minimum years of experience required; ability to float to Stepdown and Medical Surgical departments; all candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: Call required but rarely needed; floating to Stepdown and Medical Surgical departments is required; blocked scheduling and 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested, must be included in submittal; maximum of one week of RTO; at least one Winter holiday required.
