A Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Lynchburg, Virginia. Candidates are required to bring their valid VA or Compact State license on the first day. This role involves working on a surgical medical surgical unit, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts. The assignment starts on July 13, 2026, and requires a minimum of 48 hours per week.

- Required Qualifications: Active VA or Compact license, BLS certification required, ACLS preferred, two (2) years of relevant specialty experience, experience in a teaching hospital and charge nurse experience preferred
- Additional Information: Orientation occurs every other Monday. All RTO (reasons for time off requests) must be included in the submission packet at the time of application. Candidates must be willing to work in a teaching hospital setting with opportunities to engage with students and new hires. All required immunizations, including Covid and Flu vaccinations, must be up to date per facility policy.
