Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care as an OR RN Circulator in various specialties, including GYN, General Surgery, OHNS, Urology, and Plastics.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocols during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff for effective operation room management.
- Document patient care details and update records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the operating room environment.
- Float to other UCSF facilities as required to support patient care needs.
Qualifications
- Valid California RN License.
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience, with extensive circulator experience.
- Experience in circulating Ophthalmology and scrub experience in at least two lines of business preferred.
- Certification as CNOR is preferred.
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements.
