About the Clinician's Workday The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM managing 13-15 patients per day in clinic with shared hospital call at 1:3 ratio. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions for this combined inpatient, outpatient, and clinic assignment.
