Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program required.
- Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Active New York State Respiratory Therapist License required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
- Labor & Delivery and Neonatal Resuscitation experience required.
- Critical Care experience and proficiency required.
- Ability to provide respiratory care services for patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Experience performing cardiopulmonary evaluations, respiratory therapy treatments, life support procedures, and patient/family education.
- Ability to work in all hospital departments and adapt to varying patient care needs.
