Requirements
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure during the assignment
- SSN required for consideration
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- Experience with InSync EMR preferred

- Clinicians who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
