Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at an outpatient imaging center in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent mammography experience and ARRT (Mammography) certification.
Details
- Outpatient imaging center setting specializing in mammography and breast procedures, also supporting MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, nuclear medicine, and arthrograms
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 13-week contract
- EMR systems include Cerner, GE PACS, and STAR Financials
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent mammography experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- ARRT (Mammography) certification required
- Experience with Cerner and GE PACS preferred
- Driver's License required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront prior to offer acceptance — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
- Permanent staff who previously worked at the facility as travelers must have taken a 2-year break before being eligible to return
