Responsibilities:
You will join a collaborative and supportive leadership team at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital, a 57-bed specialty hospital known for its welcoming, supportive environment and focus on delivering exceptional care. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient throughput while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety standards. Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
- 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
- Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
