- Provide direct patient care, assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Full-time permanent opportunity in an outpatient/internal medicine setting.
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN License
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Previous nursing experience required (New Grads not accepted)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care
- Candidates should be actively planning to relocate to New Hampshire
