Essential Responsibilities & Environment
- Patient Care: Direct and comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and telemetry monitoring.
- Critical Response: Must be able to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, provide stabilization when needed, and facilitate transfers to higher levels of care.
- Care Coordination: Patient and family education, and seamless coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Environment: Rural healthcare setting requiring the ability to care for a diverse patient population.

- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking are essential.
- Compliance: Must maintain strict compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives.
