đź“… SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12-Hours (19:00 PM - 07:00 AM). Block scheduling configurations are not available for this role.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: Outstanding, high-acuity structures tracking at a stable 1:1 ratio for critical care cases.

- EMR Charting System: Epic. Prior experience is preferred but not an absolute requirement.
- Clinical Scope & Unit Environment: Active 23-bed multi-specialty PICU handling a daily census of approximately 20 patients. Because the facility does not maintain dedicated standalone cardiothoracic or trauma intensive care units, this department sees all complex presentations.
- Core Responsibilities & High-Acuity Flow: Comprehensive care for critically ill patients across an ECMO program, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), post-op heart surgeries, and complex neurosurgery lines.
