Job Details:
- Location: 975 South Fairmont Avenue, Lodi, California, 95240
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registration as a Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Zero years of experience minimum required
- Essential Functions:
- Collect relevant patient health data and analyze assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Coordinate care delivery and promote health and safety
- Provide patient, family, and team education
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
- Delegate duties appropriately and monitor team performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
