Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU CV) specialty position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care within a dedicated Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Candidates must bring their license on the first day and have at least three years of ICU experience, including one year of CVICU experience. This position offers the opportunity to work day and night shifts, with a six-week schedule planned in advance.

- Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Three years of ICU experience with at least one year in CVICU. Candidates must hold a valid license and be willing to work scheduled shifts.
- Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care Nurse Certification (CCR) is preferred. Experience with EPIC electronic health record system and competence in invasive line monitoring, pacemakers, chest tubes, cardiac medications, ventilator/trach management, and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
- Schedule: Six-week cycle with rotations every third weekend. No on-call duties. RTO approval up to seven days is permitted.
- Additional Information: Weekend rotations occur every third shift. Staff is not allowed to work more than 60 hours per week or five consecutive 12-hour shifts, adhering to the fatigue policy. No telemedicine or remote monitoring is specified.
